Kimberly King, President & Chief Executive Officer
Kimberly King is a thought leader, social entrepreneur and change agent in the fields of public-private partnerships, cause-marketing and media, dialogue and civic engagement, and the empowerment of women & girls. Her unique perspective reflects 25 years’ as a pioneer in whole-systems strategy representing trade groups, Fortune 500's, govts; non-profits, arts & media, interfaith groups and the United Nations. Kimberly is a lead organizer and senior advisor to numerous networks and service organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Alliance for Peacebuilding, the Restorative Justice Association, US Women Connect, the Women, Faith and Development Alliance, and advisor to Women's International Center, the Institute for Strategic Clarity and the Arts and Peacebuilding Initiative
at Brandeis University.
Kimberly has worked and traveled across six continents as an international speaker, media producer and journalist, and is a featured co-author of The Power of Team, from the best selling book series, "Wake Up, Live the Life You Love." Ms. King is an honored recipient of the 2008 Eleanor Roosevelt Global Humanitarian Award, and the 2009 Be the Change Award.
Brent Bisson, President & Chief Operating Officer
Brent Bisson is an Executive Management Consultant who has served the financial services Industry for more than 33 years. He began his career as a financial planner with IDS in Minneapolis and advanced to management positions across the US. Brent excelled in leadership development, specializing in taking new and/or struggling divisions and transforming them into some of the company's highest producing teams. Brent won numerous awards as a Regional and Group Vice President for American Express Financial Advisors, then moved to Los Angeles, building and managing one of the largest and most successful business units for American Express Advisors. Brent retired from corporate America in his early fifties and moved with his wife to a 600 acre bio-dynamic farm to support a Steiner-based children's education program, and to deepen his understanding of organic agriculture, living-systems and sustainable practices. Brent is now a non-profit investment advisor in Charlottesville, Virginia. He loves music, cooking and gardening and is an avid traveler who has circled the globe several times. Brent currently serves as Co-President of The Peace Company and Co-Director of the Peace Leadership Institute.
